What are your hours of operation?

We fulfill and ship orders Monday-Friday, 9-5. Weekends are subject to availability*

Where do you ship from?

Berties ships from Houston, Texas.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the Continental and Contiguous United States but are hoping to ship internationally in the future!

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in 1-4 business days and shipped out the following business day.

Can I have a discount code applied after my order is placed?

No. All discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

Keep a lookout on our social media! We will always post when an item is restocked, if we are able to restock it. 

How do I return an item?

What size do I order?
